The recipe for this drink dates back to the middle of the last century and now, as then, it is produced using Chinotto extract. This particular and very ancient citrus, with a typically amarostic and decisive taste, is what gives this drink its unique and unmistakable taste, most loved by Sicilians.
Tomarchio was founded in the 20's under the shade of the largest volcano in Europe - the mount Etna, and to date they continue to produce excellent drinks made in Sicily, representing the authentic taste of the land using only locally sourced products.

Tomarchio first used a type of bottle made specifically for carbonated beverages that had a particular and unique closure system based on the presence of a glass marble in its neck.
